About Me
I work with men, women, and teens who come in for an assortment of reasons whether it be addiction, anxiety, betrayal, depression, feeling lost, trauma, or someone who might just need a little bit of help.
I love what I do, and I look forward to helping you find and connect with yourself in developing long-term sustainable changes. My goal is to help you find a voice and a choice in all areas of your life.
I want you to realize your full potential, knowing that through your challenges, which are a part of every human experience, that you can have joy in your journey.
My Passion
Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pieces of pottery with seams of gold, shows me that I am stronger and more beautiful because of my scars. Some of my scars have come from feeling insecure, scared, heartbroken, discouraged, hopeless, tired, overwhelmed, resentful, and embarrassed. Throughout my journey I continue to find hope, I love where I am at now in life and look forward to my future!
